RESOLUTION NO. 90-18
WHEREAS, The Hopkins American Legion is an important source
of support for local Hopkins Charities,
and
WHEREAS, to accommodate the American Legion, a waiver of the
sixty day waiting period allowed the City of Hopkins by
the Minnesota Charitable Gambling Board is necessary,
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, that the City Council of the
City of Hopkins hereby waives the sixty day requirement
application.
