1990-025 CITY OF HOPKINS Hennepin County, Minnesota RESOLUTION NO: 90-25 WHEREAS, a certain petition requesting the improvement of Mainstreet Mall, from 5th Avenue westward to 12th Avenue, filed with the Council on January 2, 1990, and declared by same Council to be signed by the required percentage of owners of property affected thereby, and WHEREAS, the City Council by Resolution No. 90-11 referred the proposed improvement to the engineering supervisor for a feasibility study to be drawn up, and WHEREAS, the City Council deems it expedient that other portions of Mainstreet be included in such a feasibility study, to wit Mainstreet from 12th Avenue to Shady Oak Road and Mainstreet from 5th Avenue to Washington Avenue. NOW THEREFORE, be it resolved by the City Council of Hopkins, Minnesota, that the proposed improvement with expended scope be referred to the engineering supervisor for study and that he is instructed to report to the Council as to whether the proposed improvement is feasible.
