RESOLUTION NO; 90-26
RESOLUTION ORDERING IMPROVEMENT AND ACCEPTING CONTRACT
WHEREAS, resolution of the City Council adopted the seventh
day of November, 1989, authorized the sale of
redevelopment bonds to finance a number of pUblic
redevelopment activities, including the placement
of alley utilities underground,
WHEREAS, a project has been proposed to the Council that
encompasses such placement of utilities underground
in the alleys between 7th and 9th Avenues south of
Mainstreet, between 8th and 9th Avenues north of
Mainstreet with an estimated cost of $370,630.
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
HOPKINS, MINNESOTA:
1. Such improvement is hereby ordered as proposed and
that Toltz, King, Duvall, Anderson and Associates is
hereby designated as the engineer for this
improvement and shall prepare plans and
specifications for the making of such improvement.
2. The City of Hopkins hereby accepts the Authorization
for Professional Services as proposed by Toltz,
King, Duvall, Anderson and Associates.
