RESOLUTION NO. 90-27
WHEREAS, The Hopkins Elks Club is an important source of
support for local Hopkins Charities,
and
WHEREAS, to accommodate the Hopkins Elks Club, a waiver of
the sixty day waiting period allowed the City of
Hopkins by the Minnesota Charitable Gambling Board is
necessary,
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, that the City Council of the
City of Hopkins hereby waives the sixty day requirement
application.
Adopted by the City Council of the City of Hopkins this 6th
day of February, 1990. ~ ~
