RESOLUTION NO. 90-37
RESOLUTION APPROVING STEVEN C. MIELKE'S EXCLUSION FROM
P.E.R.A.
WHEREAS,
The City of Hopkins is a Home Rule City operating
under the "Council-Manager" form of government
and,
WHEREAS,
Steven C. Mielke has been appointed and is
holding the position of City Manager of the City
of Hopkins, and
WHEREAS,
Steven C. Mielke wishes to be excluded from
P.E.R.A. membership based on his current status
as City Manager, as defined in Minnesota
Statutes, section 353.028. Subd. 1,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the city Council of the
city of Hopkins approves Steven C. Mielke's exclusion from
the Public Employees Retirement Association.
