RESOLUTION NO: 90-50
RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING CITY CLERK TO ENTER INTO LICENSE
AGREEMENT WITH DEPARTMENT OF NATURAL RESOURCES -
WATER MAIN CROSSING AT MINNEHAHA CREEK
WHEREAS, the City Council has ordered the preparation of
plans and specifications for the reconstruction of
Cambridge Street between Blake Road and Hiawatha
Avenue, and
WHEREAS, the preliminary construction plans have been drawn
up and call for the installation of new water main
with a crossing at Minnehaha Creek, and
WHEREAS, the Minnesota Department of Natural Resources
requires a license for such an underwater crossing.
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF
HOPKINS, MINNESOTA:
The City Clerk for the City of Hopkins, Minnesota,
is authorized to make application on behalf of the
City for a license for the aforesaid underwater
crossing.
Adopted by the City Council of the City of Hopkins,
Minnesota, this seventeenth day of April, 1990.
