WAIVER OF SIXTY DAY WAITING PERIOD
FOR CHARITABLE GAMBLING APPLICATION
WHEREAS, the S1. Joseph's Parish wishes to assist one of its teaches by raising funds
through charitable gambling; and
WHEREAS, to accommodate St. Joseph's, a waiver of the sixty day waiting period
allowed the City of Hopkins by the Minnesota Charitable Gambling Board is
necessary,
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, that the City Council of the City of
Hopkins hereby waives the sixty day requirement for the S1. Joseph's Parish
gambling application.
Adopted by the City Council of the City of Hopkins this 10th day of April, 1990.
