USE OF MUNICIPAL STATE AID FUNDS
ON COUNTY STATE AID HIGHWAY NO. 3
WHEREAS, the city of Hopkins passed Resolution No. 87-99
appropriating $55,257.68 from the Municipal State Aid
Fund for construction of CSAH NO.3,
WHEREAS, the final tabulation of costs has been prepared and the
final costs eligible for state aid participation is
$67,618.97,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED: That we do hereby appropriate
from our Municipal State Aid Street Funds the sum of
$67,618.97 to apply toward the construction of said
project and request the Commissioner of Transportation
to approve this authorization.
Adopted by the city Council of the City of Hopkins, Minnesota,
this fifteenth day of May, 1990.
CERTIFICATION
I, James Genellie, duly appointed and qualified Clerk in and for
the city of Hopkins, State of Minnesota, do hereby certify that
the above is a true and full copy of a resolution duly adopted by
the City Council of said City assembled in regular session on the
15th day of May, 1990.
