RESOLUTION NO: 90-65
RESOLUTION RECOMMENDING APPROVAL OF ORDINANCE ESTABLISHING
PROCEDURES FOR THE COLLECTION AND DEFERMENT OF
SPECIAL ASSESSMENTS
WHEREAS, the city deems it proper to provide for prepayment
of special assessments and to implement procedures
to allow deferment of special assessments, and
WHEREAS, a special section pertaining to collection and
deferment of special assessments needs to be added
to the City Code,
NOW THEREFORE, be it resolved by the City Council of
Hopkins, Minnesota:
That the proposed Ordinance No. 90-683 is
hereby recommended for approval
