RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING MAYOR AND CITY MANAGER
SIGNATURES TO C.S.A.H. NO. 3 CORRIDOR
IMPROVEMENT STUDY AGREEMENT
WHEREAS, the City Council at its regular meeting of July 10,
1990, adopted in principle to enter into a
cooperative funding agreement with Hennepin County
for a County Road #3 corridor study between T.H.
169 and Blake Road, and
WHEREAS, the final agreement, Agreement No. PW 38-01-90, has
been received and reviewed by the City and found to
be in order.
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City
of Hopkins, Minnesota:

The Mayor and the City Manager of Hopkins are
hereby designated and authorized to place their
signatures upon this cooperative agreement.
