RESOLUTION NO. 90-82
RESOLUTION CONCERNING DETACHMENT OF CERTAIN
LANDS WITHIN THE CITY OF HOPKINS AND TO BE
ANNEXED BY THE CITY OF MINNETONKA
WHEREAS, the City council of Minnetonka, Minnesota, has
authorized negotiations for the acquisition and
annexation of land located within the City of
Hopkins for right-of-way as shown and described in
Exhibit A as attached hereto and part of this
resolution, and
WHEREAS, the City Council of Hopkins agrees to such
annexation-detachment of land as described in
Exhibit A and lying within the corporate
boundaries of Hopkins,
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF
HOPKINS, MINNESOTA:
1. Such annexation-detachment of lands as
described in Exhibit A and attached hereto is
approved.
2. The Mayor and City Manager are hereby authorized to
execute any legal documents necessary to the
annexation-detachment process.
