RESOLUTION NO.: 90-84
RESOLUTION ACCEPTING WORK - ALLEY IMPROVEMENTS
WHEREAS, pursuant to a written contract signed with the City
on September 19,1989, Standard Sidewalk, Inc. of
Lindstrom, Minnesota, has satisfactorily completed the
improvement of alleys in Block 82, West Minneapolis
Second Division (City Project 89-05) and in Block 4,
West Minneapolis (City project 89-06), in accordance
with such contract.
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the City of Hopkins,
Minnespta:
1. The work completed under said contract is hereby
accepted and approved.
2. The City Clerk and Mayor are hereby directed to
issue a proper order for the final payment on such
contract, taking the contractor's receipt in full.
