RESOLUTION NO: 90-85
RESOLUTION ORDERING PREPARATION OF
ASSESSMENT ROLL - ALLEY IMPROVEMENTS
WHEREAS, the engineering supervisor and the City's
designated engineer, Toltz, King, Duvall, Anderson &
Associates, Incorporated, have determined that
improvement of a concrete alley in Block 82, West
Minneapolis Second Division, (City Project 89-05) and a
concrete alley in Block 4, West Minneapolis (City
Project 89-06) are completed, and
WHEREAS, t~ contractor for the aforesaid projects has
agreed to final payment.
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF HOPKINS,
MINNESOTA:
1. The engineering supervisor shall forthwith
calculate the proper amount to be specially
assessed for such improvement against every
assessable lot, piece or parcel of land abutting
on the streets affected, without regard to cash
valuation as provided by law.
2. The engineering supervisor shall file a copy of
such proposed assessment in the city office for
inspection and shall notify the Council thereof.
