RESOLUTION NO. 90-90
WHEREAS, st. Joseph's Church has been an integral part of the
Hopkins Community, and
WHEREAS, the st. Joseph's Church Fall Festival is an important
community event, and
WHEREAS, to accommodate the st. Joseph's Church, a waiver of
the sixty day waiting period allowed the City of Hopkins
by the Minnesota Charitable Gambling Board is necessary,
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, that the City Council of the
city of Hopkins hereby waives the sixty day requirement
for the The Church of st. Joseph's of Hopkins gambling
application.
Adopted by the City Council of the City of Hopkins this 14th
of August, 1990.
