RESOLUTION NO. 90-91
WHEREAS, st. Joseph's Church has been an integral part of the
Hopkins Community, and
WHEREAS, the st. Joseph's Church Fall Festival is an important
community event, and
WHEREAS, st. Joseph's Church has applied for a gambling
license, and
WHEREAS, st. Joseph's Church has always conducted their
gambling activities in accordance with state law and
Hopkins city policy,
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, that the City Council of the
City of Hopkins hereby approves The Church of st.
Joseph's of Hopkins gambling application.
Adopted by the City Council of the City of Hopkins this 14th
of August, 1990.
