RESOLUTION NO: 90-102
RESOLUTION APPROVING PLANS, AUTHORIZING BIDS, AND APPROVING
COOPERATIVE AGREEMENT WITH THE CITY OF MINNETONKA
CONCERNING CONSTRUCTION OF OPPORTUNITY COURT EXTENSION
WHEREAS, the Council deems it appropriate and expedient to
construct and reconstruct portions of Smetana Road as
part of an Opportunity Court Extension Project, and
WHEREAS, plans and specifications for such a project, as,prepared
by Rieke Carroll Muller Associates, Inc., have been
presented for approval,
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF HOPKINS,
MINNESOTA:
1. Such plans and specifications, a copy of which are
attached hereto and made a part hereof, are hereby
approved and ordered placed on file in the office of the
City Clerk.
2. The contract for such construction shall be let by the
City of Minnetonka in accordance with all applicable laws
in respect to the letting of public improvement
contracts.
3. The Mayor and City Manager are authorized to place their
signatures on a cooperative agreement attached to this
resolution and made a part thereof.
