A RESOLUTION EXTENDING THE MORATORIUM ON BINGO HALLS
WHEREAS, the City of Hopkins has approved Ordinance No.
90-674 establishing a moratorium on bingo halls,
WHEREAS, the moratorium expires on September 4, 1990,
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of
the City of Hopkins, Minnesota,
Effective upon
existing moratorium
December 31, 1990
amendment concerning
the adoption of this resolution the
on bingo halls shall be extended to
or upon the enactment of a zoning

Passed and adopted by the Council of the City of
