RESOLUTION NO: 90-104
RESOLUTION APPROVING AGREEMENT WITH
COMMISSIONER OF TRANSPORTATION
WHEREAS, the City of Hopkins wishes to receive reimbursement
from State Aid funds towards the purchase of the
City Engineers computer network hardware and
software,
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY OF HOPKINS,
MINNESOTA:
that pursuant to section 161.36, Subdivision 1
through 6, Minnesota Statutes, the Commissioner of
Transportation be appointed as agent of the City
of Hopkins to let as its agent, contracts for the
construction of local roads and bridge, and the
Mayor and the City Clerk are hereby authorized and
directed for and on behalf of the City to execute
and enter into a contract with the Commissioner of
Transportation prescribing the terms and
conditions of such contracts in the form as set
forth and contained in "Minnesota Department of
Transportation Agency Agreement" a copy of which
aid agreement was before the City Council,
assuming on behalf of the City all of the
obligations therein contained.
