RESOLUTION NO: 90-105
RESOLUTION ACCEPTING WORK - 13TH AVENUE BOX CULVERT
WHEREAS, pursuant to a written contract signed with the City
on June 13, 1989, Progressive Contractors Inc. of
Osseo, Minnesota, has satisfactorily completed the
improvement of storm sewer under County Road #3 at
13th Avenue (City Project 89-03), in accordance
with such contract.
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the City of Hopkins,
Minnesota:
1. The work completed under said contract is hereby
accepted and approved.
2. The City Clerk and Mayor are hereby directed to
issue a proper order for the final payment on
such contract, taking the contractor's receipt in
full.
