RESOLUTION NO. 90-107
WHEREAS, the Hopkins Jaycees have been an integral part of the Hopkins
Community, and
WHEREAS, the Hopkins Jaycees have applied for a gambling license for Mitch's
Tavern, and
WHEREAS, Hopkins Jaycees has always conducted their gambling activities in
accordance with state law and Hopkins city policy,
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, that the City Council of the City of Hopkins
hereby approves the Hopkins Jaycees gambling application.
