RESOLUTION NO. 90-114
WHEREAS, the Hopkins Jaycees are a non-profit organization based in Hopkins, and
WHEREAS, the Hopkins Jaycees have applied for a gambling license for the
Mainstreet Bar and Grill, and
WHEREAS, the Hopkins Jaycees have conducted their gambling activities in
accordance with state law and Hopkins city policy,
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOL YED, that the City Council of the City of Hopkins
hereby approves the Hopkins Jaycees gambling application.
