RESOLUTION NO. 90-135
WHEREAS, the Raspberry Festival has been an integral part of the Hopkins
Community, and
WHEREAS, the Raspberry Festival has applied for a gambling license to conduct
gambling at the Hopkins House, 1501 Highway 7, and
WHEREAS, the Raspberry Festival has conducted its gambling activities in accordance
with state law and Hopkins city policy,
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, that the Cio/ Council of the City of Hopkins
hereby approves the Raspberry Festival gamblmg application for the Hopkins
House, 1501 Highway 7.
Adopted by the City Council of the City of Hopkins this 6th day of November, 1990.
