RESOLUTION NO. 90-143
WHEREAS, the BPO Elks has been an integral part of the Hopkins Community, and
WHEREAS, the BPO Elks have applied for a gambling license to conduct lawful
gambling in 1991, and
WHEREAS, the BPO Elks have conducted their gambling activities in accordance with
state law and Hopkins city policy,
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, that the City Council of the City of Hopkins
hereby approves the BPO Elks gambling application.
Adopted by the City Council of the City of Hopkins this 11th day of December, 1990.
