RESOLUTION NO. 90-149
RESOLUTION RELEASING TAX FORFEITURE PROPERTY AND RECOMMENDING PUBLIC
SALE BY COUNTY
WHEREAS, Hennepin County has notified the City of Hopkins of certain
real estate described under PID No. 25-117-22-31-0682 which
is located within the City and which has been forfeited to
the State of Minnesota for non-payment of real estate
property taxes; and
WHEREAS, the City has determined that the parcel described would be
of no benefit to the city for public purposes; and
WHEREAS, the parcel is a garage unit for Westbrooke North
Condominiums;
WHEREAS, there are no levied or pending special assessments,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the city Council of the City of
Hopkins:
That the City hereby releases that certain parcel from
Hennepin County described under PID No. 25-117-22-31-0682,
and
That the City hereby recommends that the County sell this
parcel at a public auction.
Adopted by the City council of the city of Hopkins this 18th day of
December, 1990.
