RESOLUTION NO: 90-150
RESOLUTION ACCEPTING WORK - 6TH AVENUE STORM SEWER
WHEREAS, pursuant to a written contract signed with the City
on April 6, 1989, widmer, Inc., of st. Bonifacius,
Minnesota, has satisfactorily completed storm
sewer, water main and street improvements on 6th
Avenue (City Project 89-02) in accordance with such
contract.
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the City of Hopkins,
Minnesota:
1. The work completed under said contract is hereby
accepted and approved.
2. The City Clerk and Mayor are hereby directed to
issue a proper order for the final payment on
such contract, taking the contractor's receipt
in full.
