RESOLUTION NO: 90-151
RESOLUTION ACCEPTING WORK - HARLEY HOPKINS POND
WHEREAS, pursuant to a written contract signed with the City
on September 22, 1989, Park Construction Co. of
Minneapolis, Minnesota, has satisfactorily
completed the site improvements at Harley Hopkins
Playground (City Project 89-04) in accordance with
such contract.
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the City of Hopkins,
Minnesota:
1. The work completed under said contract is hereby
accepted and approved.
2. The City Clerk and Mayor are hereby directed to
issue a proper order for the final payment on
such contract, taking the contractor's receipt
in full.
