RESOLUTION NO: 90-153
RESOLUTION FOR AWARD OF BID
LANDFILL GAS REMEDIATION PROJECT
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF HOPKINS,
MINNESOTA, that the bid of Ames Construction, Inc. in the
amount of $1,322,821.20 is the lowest responsible bid for
the construction of a gas methane barrier at the 7th Street
landfill site, City Project 90-18, and the Mayor and City
Clerk are hereby authorized and directed to enter into a
contract with said bidder for and on behalf of the City.
Such authorization shall be contingent upon completion of
all contracts, agreements and permits with various agencies.
Adopted this 18th day of December, 1990.
