RESOLUTION NO. 90-154
WHEREAS, VFW Post 425 has been an integral part of the Hopkins Community, and
WHEREAS, VFW Post 425 has applied for a gambling license to conduct lawful
gambling in 1991, and
WHEREAS, VFW Post 425 has conducted its gambling activities in accordance with
state law and Hopkins city policy,
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, that the City Council of the City of Hopkins
hereby approves the VFW Post 425 gambling application.
