RESOLUTION NO. 90-155
WHEREAS, the American Legion has been an integral part of the Hopkins
Community, and
WHEREAS, the American Legion has applied for a gambling license to conduct lawful
gambling in 1991, and
WHEREAS, the American Legion has conducted its gambling activities in accordance
with state law and Hopkins city policy,
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, that the City Council of the City of Hopkins
hereby approves the American Legion gambling application.
