1990-671 CITY OF HOPKINS Hennepin County, Minnesota ORDINANCE NO. 90-671 ORDINANCE REZONING CITY WELL # 3, BAKERS SQUARE AND FINA SERV ON BLAKE ROAD NORTH FROM R-4/I-2 TO B-3 BE IT ORDAINED by the City Council of the City of Hopkins as follows: That the present zoning classification of R-4/I-2 upon the following described premises is hereby repealed and in lieu thereof the said premise are hereby zoned as B-3. Tract G, Register Land Survey No. 561, Hennepin County, Minnesota. That part of said Tract G lying south of the north 60 feet thereof. also Commencing at the Northeast corner of Lot 92 Auditor's Subdivision No. 239, thence South along East line 178.4 feet, thence West at right angles 150 feet, thence North parallel with East line thereof 103.95 feet to Northerly line thereof, thence Northeasterly along Northerly line thereof 167.52 feet to beginning except road. also That part of Lot 92, Auditor's Subdivision No. 239, described as follows: Beginning at a point on the East line of said Lot 92 a distance of 178.4 feet South from the Northeast corner thereof, thence West at right angle with said line 150 feet, thence south parallel with said East line to the Southerly line of said Lot 92, thence Northeasterly to the Southeast corner of said Lot, thence North to the point of beginning, also that part of the Northerly 25 feet of Lot 96 said Auditors Subdivision No. 239 lying Easterly of the Southerly extension of the West line of Tract 0 Registered Land Survey No. 456. That the presently existing Hopkins Zoning Map adopted as part of Hopkins Zoning Ordinance No. 515-570 is hereby amended and changed in accordance with the above provision.
