CITY OF HOPKINS
HENNEPIN COUNTY, MINNESOTA
RESOLUTION NO. 89-129
WHEREAS, the engineering supervisor for the City of Hopkins
has been authorized and directed to prepare a report with
reference to the improvement of Cottage Downs, Park Terrace,
Bridle Lane, Valley Way, Wilshire Walk, Edgemoor Drive, and
Alleyway off Cottage Downs, by construction of streets and
storm sewer and inspection and repair of sewer, water, gas,
and electrical utilities, and
WHEREAS, the engineering supervisor has prepared the
aforesaid report for the improvement herein described:
NOW THEREFORE, be it resolved by the City Council of
Hopkins, Minnesota:
1. The Council will consider the aforesaid
improvement in accordance with the report and the
assessment of abutting and non-abutting property
for all or a portion of the cost of the
improvement pursuant to Minnesota statutes Chapter
429 at an estimated total cost of the improvement
of $700,000.
2.
A public hearing will be held in the council
chambers of the city hall at 1010 First Street
South on Tuesday, the sixteenth day of January,
1990, at 7:30 p.m. to consider said improvement.
The city clerk shall give mailed and published
notice of said hearing and improvement as required
by law.
