RESOLUTION NO. 89-101
WHEREAS, The Hopkins Raspberry Festival Association is an
important source of support for local Hopkins Charities,
and,
WHEREAS, to accommodate the Association, a waiver of the
sixty day waiting period allowed the City of Hopkins
by the Minnesota Charitable Gambling Board is
necessary,
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, that the city Council of the
City of Hopkins hereby waives the sixty day requirement
for the Hopkins Raspberry Festival Association gambling
application.
