RESOLUTION NO. 89-96
RESOLUTION OF APPRECIATION FOR CRAIG R. RAPP
WHEREAS, Craig R. Rapp served as City Manager of the City of Hopkins from
June 10, 1985 to October 18, 1989, and
WHEREAS, Craig R. Rapp provided leadership as City Manager during a period
of significant accomplishments within Hopkins, and
WHEREAS, Craig R. Rapp provided valuable expertise contributing to important
progress in areas such as redevelopment, financial management and
infrastructure systems, and
WHEREAS, Craig R. Rapp demonstrated professional direction and example to
the City employees in providing quality service to the residents of
Hopkins, and
WHEREAS, Craig R. Rapp contributed his long range planning and
communications skills to assist in the decision-making process of the
City Council and also in the enjoyment and success of the individual
Council members and Mayor in performing their duties, and
WHEREAS, Craig R. Rapp will be missed as an active, friendly and involved
member of the Hopkins community,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of the City of
Hopkins hereby expresses their appreciation to Craig R. Rapp for his
service to this community and extends best wishes in his new career
challenges.
