RESOLUTION NO: 89-90
RESOLUTION MAKING FINDINGS OF FACT AND
ADOPTING THE DRAFT COMPREHENSIVE PLAN
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Hopkins held a
public hearing on October 3, 1989 to review the
draft Comprehensive Plan; and
WHEREAS, the City Council at their workshop on October 10,
1989, made final recommendations to the Plan;
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, that the Draft Comprehensive
Plan is hereby adopted with the following Findings
of Fact:

1. That the Comprehensive Plans goals are
consistent with the city's goals.
2. That the Comprehensive Plan outlines various
projects that are consistent with the goals
of the city.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that the Draft Comprehensive Plan is
hereby approved subject to the following
- Conditions:
1. That approval of the Comprehensive Plan is
contingent on the Metropolitan Council approval.
Adopted this 7 day of November, 1989.
