RESOLUTION NO: 89-84A
RESOLUTION MAKING FINDINGS OF FACT AND APPROVING
APPLICATION FOR WAIVER OF PLAT WVR:89-2
WHEREAS, an application for a Waiver of the Plat entitled
WVR89-20, made by Walter Bush, Jr. of Hawthorne
Road is hereby approved.
WHEREAS, the procedural history of the application is as
follows:
1. That an application for Waiver of Plat
WVR:89-2 was filed with the city of Hopkins
on August 16, 1989.
2. That the Hopkins Planning commission reviewed
such application on september 26, 1989.
3. That the Hopkins Planning Commission,
pursuant to published and mailed notices,
held a public hearing on September 26, 1989;
all persons present at the hearing were given
an opportunity to be heard.
4. That the written comments and analysis of the
City Staff and the Planning Commission were
considered.
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, that application for Waiver of
Plat WVR: 89-20 is hereby approved subj ect to the
following Findings of Fact:
1. That the new lots created meet the minimum
lot requirements.
2. That a 20 foot easement is given to the city
for storm water on Parcel 2.
3. That Hennepin County accepts the Waiver of
the Plat.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that application for WVR:89-1 is
hereby approved subject to the following
Conditions:
1. That a cul-de-sac with a 25 foot radius is
constructed.
1. That a 20 foot easement is given to the City for
storm water on Parcel 2.
2. That Hennepin County accepts the Waiver of Plat.

2. That a large cul-de-sac would not fit with the
character of the neighborhood.
3. That the existing streets do not have cul-de-sacs.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that application for WVR:89-1 is
hereby approved subject to the following
Conditions:
1. That a cul-de-sac with a 25 foot radius is
constructed.
2. That a 20 foot easement is given to the City for
storm water on Parcel 2.
3. That Hennepin County accepts the Waiver of Plat.
