RESOLUTION AMENDING RESOLUTION NO: 89-27
RELATING TO CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT CUP89-4
WHEREAS, a request was received from Blake Schools to
amendment their Conditional Use Permit CUP89-4 by
adding lighting of the athletic fields.
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, that the request by Blake
School to amend their Conditional Use Permit
CUP89-4 to allow lighting of the athletic fields
is approved with a fourth Condition:
4. That the lighting is confined to the site and
will not negatively impact the surround area.
