RESOLUTION NO. 89-45
RESOLUTION APPROVING PETITION FOR AND ORDERING IMPROVEMENTS
WHEREAS, Mark o. Senn, Managing General Partner of the
property at 904-908 Mainstreet, has petitioned for an
improvement consisting of the installation of a fire
protection system pursuant to Minnesota Statute
#429.031, Subd. 3: and
WHEREAS, the petition and accompanying documents thereto
complies with the requirements of the aforementioned
statute.
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED BY THE City Council of the City
of Hopkins as follows:
1. Such improvement is hereby ordered as proposed and
requested in the petition.

2. That the Director of Engineering, Gordon Anderson,
and Fire Marshall, George Magdal, be directed to
review and approve the plans and specifications
acompanying the petition for the construction and
installation of the fire protection system.
3.
That said
conformance
all state
regulations
installation and construction be in
with Minnesota Statute Chapter 429 and
and municipal codes, ordinances and
pertaining thereof.
4. That periodic inspections be conducted by the City
of Hopkins to assure compliance with said codes and
requirements.
