RESOLUTION NO: 89-34
RESOLUTION MAKING FINDINGS OF FACT AND APPROVING
APPLICATION FOR PRELIMINARY PLAT APPROVAL SUBD89-1
WHEREAS, an application for Preliminary Plat Approval of
West Oaks Third Addition, entitled SUBD89-1 made
by The Pemtom Company, is approved.
WHEREAS, the procedural history of the application is as
follows:
1. That an application for Preliminary Plat
Approval SUBD89-1 was filed with the City of
Hopkins on May 8, 1989.
2. That the Hopkins Planning Commission reviewed
such application on May 30, 1989.
3. That the Hopkins Planning Commission,
pursuant to published and mailed notices,
held a public hearing on May 30, 1989: all
persons present at the hearing were given an
opportunity to be heard.
4. That the written comments and analysis of the
City Staff and the Planning Commission were
considered.
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, that application for
Preliminary Plat Approval SUBD89-1 is hereby
approved subject to the following Findings of
Fact:
1. That the preliminary plat meets all
preliminary plat requirements
2. That the proposed development meets all the
requirements for an R-3 district.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that application for SUBD89-1 is
hereby approved subject to the following
Conditions:
1. That the final plat is filed within six months of
approval of the preliminary plat.
