WAIVER OF SIXTY DAY WAITING PERIOD
FOR CHARITABLE GAMBLING APPLICATION
WHEREAS, the HopkIns Raspberry FestIval Association is an important source of support for local
Hopkins chanties, and
WHEREAS, to accomodate the Association, a Waiver of the sixty day waitmg period allowed the City of
Hopkins by the MInnesota Charitable Gambling Board is necessary,
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, that the CIty COUDCll of the City of Hopkins hereby waives the
sixty day requirement for the Hopkms Raspberry Festival Association gamblmg application.
