ORDINANCE NO: 89-628
AN ORDINANCE AMENDING THAT PART OF
HOPKINS ZONING ORDINANCE NO: 515-570 PERTAINING
TO AND CHANGING THE ZONING
BE IT ORDAINED by the City Council of the City of
Hopkins as follows:
SECTION 1:
of B-3/R-1-C upon the
repealed and in lieu
zoned as B-1.
That the present zoning classification
following described premises is hereby
thereof the said premises are hereby
That part of the westerly 133.00 feet of Lot 77,
Auditor's Subdivision No. 239, Hennepin County,
Minnesota, lying northerly of the south 80.0 feet,
easterly of Hennepin County Road No. 20, and
westerly of the following described line:
Beginning at the Northwest corner of said Lot 77;
thence South along the West line thereof to a
point, 93.26 feet north from the Southwest corner
thereof; thence east, parallel with the south
line, 133.00 feet; thence north parallel with the
West line, 54.74 feet; thence east, parallel with
the South line, 33.00 feet; thence north, parallel
with the west line, to the north line of said Lot
77; thence westerly to the point of beginning,
according to the plat thereof on file or of record in the
office of the Register of Deeds in and for Hennepin County.
SECTION 2: That the presently existing Hopkins
Zoning Map adopted as part of the Hopkins Zoning Ordinance
No. 515-570 is hereby amended and changed in accordance with
the above provisions.
