ORDINANCE NO. 89-635
AN ORDINANCE AMENDING SECTION 600
OF THE HOPKINS CITY CODE
IN REGARD TO FOOD ESTABLISHMENT LICENSES
BE IT ORDAINED by the Council of the City of Hopkins as follows:
SECTION 1. That section 600.05 be amended to read as follows:
600.05. Fee exemptions, license required. Food establishments
in governmental subdivisions, houses of worship, child-care
homes, schools, charitable and non-prOfit hospitals, and employee
coffee shops, must obtain a license, but shall not be charged a
fee therefor and are subject to all other requirements of this
section. Intinerant food establ ishments . whose oroceeds are
dedicated for charitable ourooses or which are ooerated bv
licensed food establishments. must obtain a license. but shall
not be charaed a fee therefor and are sub; ect to all other
reauirements of this section.
