AN ORDINANCE AMENDING SECTION 1200
OF THE HOPKINS CITY CODE
IN REGARD TO HOURS OF OPERATION
BE IT ORDAINED by the Council of the City of Hopkins as follows:
SECTION 1.

That section 1200.13. Subd. 2 be amended to read as
1200.13 Hours of sunday sales. Establishments licensed for
Sunday sale may serve intoxicating liquors on Sundays between the
hours of 10:00 a.m. and %~~ee-eLe%eek-m~aft~~ft~ 1:00 a.m. in
conjunction with the serving of food.
