ORDINANCE NO. 89-659
AN ORDINANCE AMENDING SECTION 1200
OF THE HOPKINS CITY CODE
IN REGARD TO THE SALE OF STRONG BEER
BE IT ORDAINED by the Council of the city of Hopkins as follows:
SECTION 1. That Section 1200.15 be amended by adding the
following Subdivision:
Subd. 5. Wine and Intoxicatinq Malt Liquor. A person
holdinq an on-sale wine license who is also licensed to sell non-
intoxicatinq malt liquors at on-sale. and whose gross receipts
are at least 60 percent attributable to the sale of food. may
sell intoxicatinq malt liquors at on-sale without an additional
on-sale license.
