ORDINANCE VACATING A PART OF HAWTHORNE ROAD
THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF HOPKINS DOES HEREBY ORDAIN AS
FOLLOWS:
That the following described thoroughfare in the following
designated area of the City of Hopkins, viz:
That part of the abandoned right-of-way of the
Minneapolis and st. Paul Suburban Railroad in the
Northwest Quarter of the Northwest Quarter of
Section 29, Township 117, Range 21, lying between
the southerly extension of the easterly line of
Lot 16, Block 10, and the westerly line of Lot 15,
Block 9, both in F. A. Savages Interlachen Park,
according to the recorded plat thereof.
be and the same is hereby vacated as a public thoroughfare.
