MINUTES OF SPECIAL EXECUTIVE SESSION OF CITY COUNCIL
July 5, 1988 - 6 p.m.

Present at the meeting were Mayor Milbert and
Councilmembers: Kritzler, Redepenning' and Anderson. Mr.
Shirley was absent.
I. City Manager Annual Performance Review
The city Manager reviewed his performance with the city
Council. The Council agreed that his performance was
satisfactory.
II. Goal Setting 1988 - 89
Due to time limitations, it was agreed that this item
will be discussed further at a future Council meeting.
III. City Manager Compensation

Mr. Anderson moved and Mr. Redepenning seconded the
motion to increase the City Manager's salary by 4%,
retroactive to his anniversary date of June 10, 1988, and
to change the vehicle replacement policy in order to
upgrade the vehicle for the City Manager. The motion
carried unanimously.
IV. Adjournment
The meeting adjourned at 7:05 by unanimous consent.
