RESOLUTION DESIGNATING DIRECTOR AND ALTERNATE
DIRECTOR TO SUBURBAN RATE AUTHORITY
BE IT RESOLVED, by the City Council of the City of
Hopkins, Minnesota, as follows:
Donald Milbert, Mayor, is hereby designated to
serve as a Director of the Suburban Rate Authority, and
Gordon P. Anderson, Director of Engineering, is hereby
designated to serve as Alternate Director of the Suburban
Rate Authority for the year 1988 and until their successors
are appointed.

I, the undersigned, being the duly qualified and
acting Clerk of the City of Hopkins, hereby certify that the
attached and foregoing is a true and correct copy of a

the minutes of the meeting of such council for said date, on
file and of record in my office.
