1988-023 CITY OF HOPKINS H nnepin County, Minnesota RESOLUTION NO: 88-23 RESOLUTION RELATING TO PARKING RESTRICTIONS ON 11TH AVENUE SOUTH MSAS #346 from 6th Street South to 200 feet south in the City of Hopkins. THIS RESOLUTION, passed this 5th day of April, 1988, by the City of Hopkins in Hennepin County, Minnesota. The Municipal corporation shall hereinafter be called the "City". WITNESSETH; WHEREAS, the "City" has planned the improvement of MSAS #346, (11th Avenue south) from 6th Street South to 200 feet south, and WHEREAS, the "City" will be expending Municipal State Aid Funds on the improvement of this Street, and . WHEREAS, this improvement does not provide adequate width for parking on both sides of the street, approval of the proposed construction as a Municipal State Aid Street project must therefore be conditioned upon certain parking restrictions, and WHEREAS, the extent of these restrictions that would be necessary prerequisite to the approval of this construction as a Municipal State Aid project in the "City". NOW, THEREFORE, IT IS HEREBY RESOLVED: That the "City" shall ban the parking of motor vehicles on both sides of 11th Avenue South from 6th Street South to 200 feet south at all times.
