RESOLUTION SUPPORTING
CUSTOMER SERVICE COMMITTEE
RESOLUTION NO. 88-57
WHEREAS, the government of the City of Hopkins exists to
serve the citizens of Hopkins, and
WHEREAS, the City Council wishes to encourage and support
high quality service to the citizens of Hopkins, and
WHEREAS, quality service depends on the dedication and
training of its employees, who are customer service
representatives, and
WHEREAS, an Employee Customer Service Committee has been
created to review and evaluate the City's customer
service practices, then
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, that the City Council of the
City of Hopkins hereby commits its full support to the
employee committee efforts to review and evaluate
customer service provision in the City of Hopkins, and
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that the City Council hereby pledges
to give recommendations of the Committee top-priority status
for purposes of implementation and funding.
Adopted by the City Council of the City of Hopkins this 21st
day of June, 1988.
