RESOLUTION NO. 88-71
A RESOLUTION ORDERING IMPROVEMENT
WHEREAS, a Resolution of the City council No. 88-60,
adopted the 5th day of July, 1988, fixed a date for a
hearing on the proposed improvement of Block 6, West
Minneapolis by the construction of a parking ramp thereon,
the total estimated cost thereof being $391,998, and
WHEREAS all property owners whose property is liable to
be assessed for the making of this improvement were given
ten days published notice of the council hearing through two
weekly pUblications of the required notice, and a hearing
was held and the property owners heard thereon on the 2nd
day of August, 1988
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF HOPKINS:
1. Such improvement is hereby ordered as proposed in
the Council Resolution No. 88-51 adopted June 21, 1988.
2. That P. S. Vedi, Vedi Associates, Inc., is hereby
designated as the Architect for this improvement and he
shall prepare plans and specifications, and supervise
construction for the making of such improvement.

Minnesota, this 2nd day of August, 1988.
