RESOLUTION NO. 88-81
RESOLUTION RECOGNIZING CLARICE (JINX) SEVERSON
FOR 16+ YEARS OF SERVICE TO THE CITY OF HOPKINS
.
WHEREAS, Jinx Severson has worked for the City of Hopkins
from January 20, 1972 until her retirement on
August 31, 1988, and
WHEREAS, Jinx started as a part-time employee in the
Assessing Department, and
WHEREAS, Jinx became the Utility Billing Clerk in October
of 1974, and
WHEREAS, Jinx consistently provided dedicated service to
the residents of Hopkins,
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, that the Hopkins City Council
hereby commends Clarice (Jinx) Severson for her
over 16 years of service to the City of Hopkins,
and
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that upon her retirement, she be
presented with this Resolution as a demonstration
of the City's sincere appreciation.
